Regulations on the export of human-derived materials set by each country’s health authorities, local customs policies, and the handling standards that couriers (postal services, DHL, FedEx, etc.) apply to biological substances (such as UN3373 and Exempt Human Specimen) can change at any time.

Even for countries with a prior shipping history, delivery may be restricted or require additional approval documents, depending on the local carrier’s acceptance and health authorization requirements at the time of shipment.

If your country isn’t on the list, that doesn’t mean shipping is impossible. Approval standards for exporting and clearing human-derived specimens vary from country to country, as do the acceptance criteria of individual couriers.

Sample Delivery Times

Delivery time refers to the period from when your sample is dispatched to when 3billion receives it.

• Asia & North America: 3.5 days on average
• Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East & Africa: 4.5 days on average

The Shipping Process

The entire process works as follows:

1. Request and receive your kit
2. Order your test
3. Collect your sample and request a pickup
4. The carrier visits to pick up your sample
5. The sample is shipped
6. Arrival in Korea and receipt by 3billion
