Delegation from Puerto Rico’s DEDC Meets with 3billion
On April 22, a high-level delegation from Puerto Rico’s Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DEDC) and Invest Puerto Rico (Invest PR) visited the 3billion.

The meeting was organized to explore strategic cooperation for 3billion’s expansion into the United States and Latin American (LATAM) markets, particularly as Puerto Rico is recognized as one of the world’s top five pharmaceutical manufacturing hubs with premier production infrastructure within the U.S.
The meeting included several high-profile officials and executives, such as Roberto Lefranc, Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO), and Ella Woger, CEO of Invest Puerto Rico. Both parties focused on establishing partnerships between 3billion and local pharmaceutical companies or related institutions by leveraging 3billion’s advanced AI-based diagnostic technology.
Through this engagement, 3billion plans to evaluate diversified business opportunities to identify tangible entry points within the global market and solidify a precision medicine network that bridges North and Latin America. Ultimately, 3billion intends to use this meeting as a catalyst to further solidify its presence as a leader in genomic medicine across the Western Hemisphere.
