3billion, an AI-powered rare disease diagnostic company, announced today that it has been awarded the “$3 Million Export Tower” at the 62nd Trade Day, hosted by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA).
The Export Tower Award recognizes companies that have significantly contributed to expanding Korea’s global trade, based on export performance from July 1 of the previous year to June 30 of the current year.
3billion earned this achievement by consistently growing international sales across more than 75 countries, powered by its proprietary AI variant interpretation model and its full-genome (WGS) and whole-exome (WES) diagnostic services for rare diseases.
The company’s AI interpretation technology—valued for its speed and clinical precision—has driven a steady rise in test requests from hospitals and clinicians worldwide. In the first to third quarters of this year, 3billion recorded quarter-over-quarter revenue growth doubling year-on-year, further strengthening its position in the global market.
Demand is rapidly increasing across Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia, contributing to an overseas revenue share of approximately 70%. By combining high-accuracy AI with globally scalable genomic analysis services, 3billion aims to expand diagnostic accessibility and support precision medicine even in countries with limited medical infrastructure.
3billion CEO Changwon Keum stated:
“This recognition reflects the trust the global market has placed in our AI-driven genomic diagnostic technology. We will continue to strengthen our international partnerships and advance our technology to expand our impact in the global rare disease diagnostics field.”
