3B-NEO operates a rigorous sample quality control (QC) system to ensure the accuracy of analysis results, and takes the following steps to minimize inconvenience for clinicians and guardians in the event of a sample rejection.

• Rapid feedback within 3 days:
  To enable follow-up action within the hospital before the mother and newborn are discharged, the responsible healthcare provider will be notified within 3 days if any issue arises after sample receipt.
• Free re-testing support:
  If the sample quantity is insufficient or the sample quality does not meet analysis criteria (QC Fail), a second sample collection will be requested immediately. Any additional testing costs incurred in this process will be fully covered by 3billion.
• Full refund guarantee:
  If analysis is determined to be impossible even with the second sample, the order will be automatically canceled and the full testing fee will be refunded.
