If you wish to receive raw data for the sequencing results, Go to the portal and click ‘My tests’ -> click ‘Do you need the raw data?’
If the submission is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
It will take 1-2 business days to prepare the raw data.
We will contact you if we need any additional information.

Raw data download links are valid for four (4) weeks.
To reactivate them after this period, additional charges will apply.
The raw data will be delivered to you by email, AWS, or external hard drive(additional charge) depending on the size of the file.

The primary purpose of 3billion’s service is to conduct analysis and provide reports for patients’ diagnoses, and there may be a cost associated with providing data.
Data is provided for one year from the date of test’s completion.
