QCan I get raw data for the sequencing results?
If you wish to receive raw data for the sequencing results, please contact Customer Support or send an email to your designated representative. For 3B-GENOME and 3B-EXOME, we provide FASTQ, VCF, and BAM files. For 3B-VARIANT, we provide ab1 files.
The primary purpose of 3billion’s service is to conduct analysis and provide reports for patients’ diagnoses, not to provide data interpretation for variants. Thus, there may be extra charges for the sequenced data.
