QCan I get raw data for the sequencing results?
If you wish to receive raw data for the sequencing results, Go to the portal and click ‘My tests’ -> click ‘Request Raw Data’
You can download the prepared data directly from the portal.

Raw data download links are valid for four (4) weeks.
To reactivate them after this period, additional charges will apply.
The raw data will be delivered to you by email, AWS, or external hard drive(additional charge) depending on the size of the file.
The primary purpose of 3billion’s service is to conduct analysis and provide reports for patients’ diagnoses, and there may be a cost associated with providing data.
Data is provided for one year from the date of test’s completion.
