We are thrilled to announce the official release of the French Report Support feature—one of our most requested updates! With this release, report language support expands beyond Korean and English to include French, reaching a global community of over 300 million French speakers worldwide.
💡 Why French Reports?
In the past, users collaborating with French-speaking institutions often faced the tedious task of manually translating their reports after generation.
To break down these language barriers and maximize workflow efficiency, you can now generate official French reports directly from the start—delivering high-quality, localized reporting without the need for external translation tools.
🛠️ Key Features & How to Use
We’ve designed two ways to set your language preferences to suit your specific work environment.
1. Set as Default (Best for Organizations & Teams)
If your projects primarily involve French-speaking stakeholders, set French as your default language to save time.
- Path: Settings > Report tab
- Action: Select ‘French’ from the language list.
- Benefit: All future reports will automatically be generated in French, ensuring a consistent and seamless workflow.
2. Individual Report Selection (Best for Multilingual Flexibility)
If you need to produce reports in Korean, English, and French concurrently within the same account, you can switch languages on the fly.
- Action: Click the Language field on the report creation screen and select ‘French.’
- Benefit: Provides the flexibility to issue French reports only for specific cases or partners as needed.
