We are excited to announce a major update to GEBRA™: the new Automated Sequencing Data Transfer feature!

When ordering analysis for samples sequenced by 3billion, you can now experience a faster and more secure service simply by entering your 3billion ID. This update eliminates the need for tedious manual file uploads, ensuring a seamless workflow from sequencing to clinical insights.

What’s Updated?

The core of this new feature includes:

• Zero-Upload Analysis via 3billion ID: Simply enter your 3billion sample ID. The sequencing data is automatically transferred to GEBRA™, and analysis begins immediately.
• Automated 3bCNV Read Depth Analysis: Our proprietary 3bCNV algorithm provides Read Depth-based CNV analysis automatically, without the need for additional control samples.

Note: This applies to EXOME / GENOME FASTQ analysis for 3billion sequencing samples only.

What Has Changed?

This update focuses on enhancing data processing stability and increasing diagnostic accuracy through three main improvements:

1. Simplified Ordering Process

• No Kit/FASTQ Uploads Required: Forget the hassle of preparing and uploading heavy FASTQ or Kit files. Entering the ID is all it takes to link your data.

2. Enhanced Data Reliability and Speed

• Minimized Human Error: By automating the transfer, we eliminate risks such as selecting the wrong file, data omission, or version confusion that can occur during manual uploads.
• Optimized Analysis Environment: By using the original sequencing data generated directly by 3billion, we ensure the most stable and trustworthy analysis environment possible.

3. High-Confidence CNV Analysis

• Superior Diagnostic Accuracy: In addition to the existing Manta-based CNV calling, we now provide 3bCNV read depth analysis.
• Proven Internal Algorithms: Leverage 3billion’s validated internal algorithms to secure higher diagnostic yields for Copy Number Variations (CNV).
