QHow do I make changes to my order?
Even if you have already submitted and shipped your order, you can still make changes by clicking on your 3billion ID and Edit button at the bottom of the My Orders page.
You cannot make changes online once the sample arrives at 3billion. Please contact us if you wish to make changes after the sample arrives.
