If you wish to update your patient’s symptoms for reanalysis, you can always contact 3billion through Customer Support or email.

Otherwise, if you agreed to the Reanalysis Program for undiagnosed cases when placing your order for 3B-EXOME, we will reanalyze samples with Inconclusive and Negative results.
