An order can be cancelled if the patient’s sample has not been received by our laboratory yet. To cancel an order, visit your My Orders page on our portal and select the order you wish to cancel. Once you select the order, click Delete below the order. A full refund will be processed automatically when you cancel an order. Please note that you can cancel an order only if the corresponding sample has not yet arrived at our laboratory.
Once a sample arrives at our laboratory, we are no longer able to issue a full refund for the order.
