How can I make changes to an order that I have already submitted?

An order can be edited through your portal account as long as the sample has not yet arrived at the laboratory. On your My Orders page, locate the order you would like to make changes to, edit, and save. Please contact us at if you need to request any changes to an order after the sample has arrived at our laboratory.

Please note that you will be able to make changes to the patient’s order through your portal account again after testing is complete. We update our database daily with information on new or reclassified diseases, genes, and variants. This enables us to utilize the latest information to reanalyze the data of undiagnosed patients and notify you if there are any changes to their initial test results. It may be helpful to add new symptoms to the patient’s profile as they appear.
