Unacceptable or damaged containers used
We only accept 3billion’s Dried Blood Spot Cards and 3billion’s Buccal Swab kits.
Any broken containers with possible contamination will also be rejected.
Please make sure each container is tightly sealed with no tube-to-tube contact.

Unlabeled or improperly labeled samples
Please label each container clearly with 3billion ID and patient’s date-of-birth(DOB).

Contaminated, clotted and/or crystalized sample
The test will not proceed if the samples include debris or foreign objects.

Initial set-up
Fill out the RPI form below and send to support@3billion.io or sales representative.
- This is a one-time process to set up your account and must be completed before your first shipment.
- If there are any changes to the shipping information, please submit an updated form.

Pick-up request
Make a request to support@3billion.io to arrange pick-up service.
- Please make the request at least 3 business days before your preferred pick-up date.
- You will receive shipping documents and case number.
- If you do not hear from us within 3 business days, please contact us at support@3billion.io.

Shipment pick-up
You will receive a call from our local courier, confirming pick-up.
- Please ensure the shipment is ready with all the samples and paperwork enclosed.
- The shipment should arrive at 3billion within 5 business days of the pick-up date.
